Customer satisfaction policy
Your customer experience is very important to Divoc Inc. In the event that you are not satisfied with one of our products, please notify us as soon as possible without exceeding 30 days of purchase. Société Divoc Inc. agrees to replace any product found to be non-compliant with proof of purchase.
Société Divoc Inc. will not accept any return or exchange, since it is a hygiene product. Products that have been washed cannot be replaced.

Note that damage related to transportation is not the responsibility of Société Divoc inc. and therefore will not be a reason for replacement.
